Kevin Johnson passed away suddenly Friday, Feb. 2, 2018, at his home in Murphy.
He is survived by his partner of 34 years, Jean Snitchler of Hamilton, N.Y.; a brother, Mark (Connie) of Naples, Fla.; a sister, Eileen Coddington (Gerald) of Greenville, N.H.; nieces, nephews and grandnieces and nephews.
Kevin grew up in Dolgeville, Little Falls, N.Y. He graduated from Brockport State College, moved to Rochester, N.Y., where he lived for several years.
He worked and retired from Eastman Kodak Co.
In 2011, Jean and Kevin moved to Murphy.
Kevin was a warm and generous person who had many friends, including those he met through his love of cars.
A graveside service will be held later in the spring in New York at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Kevin’s name to the charity of your choice.
Arrangements were entrusted to Cochran Funeral Home of Murphy.
