James Rowland

    James David Rowland, 64, died Saturday, March 19, 2016.
    Mr. Rowland was the son of the late Emanuel Ray and Virgie Payne Rowland. Mr. Rowland also was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Rowland, and was employed with Home Depot.
    Survivors include his children, Jamie, Robert and Brody Rowland; brothers, Gary and Billy Rowland; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
    Smith Funeral Home, Winder, Ga., had charge of arrangements.
