
Charles Alvin Queen, 66, of Kings Mountain, passed away Friday, Oct. 26, 2018, at Cleveland HealthCare System-Cleveland in Shelby.
He was born in Cherokee County to the late Alvin Jewel Queen and Mary Hickey Queen.
Charles served in the United States Army and was a member of American Legion Riders Post 155.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and helping others. He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother and friend.
Survivors include daughters, Marybeth Queen, Angela Reek, April Queen and Amanda Queen; a son, Dwayne Queen; sisters, Wanda Hogsed of Kings Mountain and Sherry Mason of Blairsville, Ga.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at American Legion Riders Post 155 in Kings Mountain.
