Christopher Terry Beaver, 57, of Murphy, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019,
at Mission Hospital in Asheville.
Christopher was born on Sept. 7, 1961, in Murphy, to the late Willard Beaver and the late Virtle McRae Beaver. A member of Hanging Dog Baptist Church, he was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Willard Beaver Jr.; and a sister, Bonnie Day.
In his spare time, he enjoyed reading articles on his computer and reading books.
Survivors include his son, Christopher T. Beaver, Jr., sister, Loretta (Vincent) Rhodes, brother, Eddie (Jeanie) Beaver, and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2019, at Owl Creek Church with the Rev. Randy Johnson officiating.
