Ginger Cook

    Ginger Lee Anderson Cook, 63, of Murphy, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, April 23, 2019.
    She was the daughter of Clinton James Anderson and Bonita Myrtle Roundtree.
    Ginger was a homemaker.
    Ginger was of the South-ern Baptist faith and a member of Ogretta Baptist Church.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Jerry Broo; brother, C.J. Anderson and grandson, Austin O’Connell.
    Ginger’s surviving relatives are her loving companion of 45 years and husband of 36 years, Charles Edward “Eddie” Cook of Murphy; son, Jason Daniel Cook and wife Mandi of Klamath Falls, Ore.; daughter, Monica Lee Guthrie and husband Scottie of Murphy; sister, Kristie Mangialardi and husband Mike of Seattle, Wash.; brothers, David Anderson of Cottage Grove, Ore., and Randy Anderson of Kent, Wash.; grandsons, Jacob Cook of the home, Aaron O’Connell and wife Jorja, Jordan O’Connell, Noah O’Connell, all of Murphy, Kainan Cook, Jax Cook and Jason Cook, all of Klamath Falls, Ore.; granddaughters, Lysetta Cook, Malina Cook and Karah Cook, all of Klamath Falls, Ore.; great-granddaughter, Aurora Gina O’Connell and Skylar Bryant; and great-grandson, Tyler Canter.
    The family received friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at Little Brasstown Baptist Church.The service followed immediately at 7 p.m. at Little Brasstown Baptist Church. The Revs. Aud Brown and Jimmy Cheatham officiated. Pallbearers were Chuck Cook, Mark Amos, Timothy Amos, Paul Amos, Corey Cook and Joshua Cook.  Honorary pallbearers were Barry Cook and Brandon Cook. Burial was in Little Brasstown Baptist Church Cemetery.
