Michael Monroe

    Michael Francis Monroe, 50, of Marble, passed away Saturday, Aug. 13, 2016, at his home. 
    Mr. Monroe was born June 19, 1966, in Philadelphia, Pa., to the late Ronald Leroy Monroe and Lavinia Turner Monroe. 
    Survivors include his mother, Lavinia Monroe; son, Zevin Monroe; and daughter, Brianna Monroe.
    Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18, at Cochran Funeral Home of Murphy. 
    Arrangements were entrusted to Cochran Funeral Home of Murphy.
