Janice Carter

    Janice Lynn Carter, 62, of Hayesville, passed away Monday, Jan. 23, 2017, at her home.
    Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, at Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Hayesville. Burial was in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.
