Jean Carolyn Bradbury, 82, of Murphy, passed away Friday, March 10, 2017, at Murphy Medical Center Nursing Home.
Jean was the daughter of Drasdal and Grace Lee Lewis.
She was a cafeteria worker in Palm Beach County Schools.
Jean attended the Murphy Seventh-day Adventist Church. She enjoyed the Prayer Warriors and telling others about the Lord.
Jean was a protector of her family and loved her kids and grandkids that she also raised. She loved gardening, playing Phase 10, Rummy and Dominos.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Bradbury, and son, Wayne Bradbury.
She is survived by her son, Larry Deese and wife Connie of Murphy; daughter-in-law, Nancy Vento; sisters, Connie Duckworth and Cheryl Lee, both of Bradenton, Fla.; and grandchildren, Therese Bradberry, Thomas Bradberry, Jenelle Ringel, Joel Deese and Jamie Marr.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 19, at Murphy Seventh-day Adventist Church.
