Willow the Warrior Princess Raxter was born at 8:38 a.m. Friday, April 19, 2017. Her mommy and daddy, Breeze and Graham Raxter, fell in love with her at first sight.
Willow lived for nine days, and in those nine days she lived out her purpose in a mighty way. She was a very brave girl and fought hard all the way to Jesus’ arms.
Our hope is that we can honor Willow by living out our own purpose with passion and love.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Lyden Raxter; sister, Oliva Raxter; maternal grandparents, Belinda and Donnie Carringer and Steve and Leslie Bettis; paternal grandparents, Tony and Dottie Raxter; paternal great-grandparents, Peachie and Sonny Raxter and Dot Yonce; several aunts, uncles, great aunts and uncles and cousins.
Funeral services were held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 2, at Little Brasstown Baptist Church. The Revs. Aud Brown and Andrew Brown officiated. Pallbearers were Jeff Wilson and Bryan Luther.
The family received friends from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 2, at Little Brasstown Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the She Dreams Ministries, P.O. Box 904, Hayesville, NC 28904.
