
Aven Cloud Roe, 6 months, went to be with Jesus on Monday, May 1, 2017, at Erlanger Medical Center following an extended illness.
Aven was born Oct. 30, 2016, in Chattanooga, Tenn., the son of Bobby Mitchell Roe and Rachel Ann Fox.
Aven was a very special baby, who was loved and cherished by his parents and all of his family. His short life while here brought much joy to everyone who saw him. He will be greatly missed and will always be remembered.
Surviving Aven are his parents, Bobby and Rachel of Rizzitello Lane of Blairsville, Ga.; one sister, Valorie Jordan; two brothers, Nolan Fox and Curtis Jordan, all of Blairsville; grandparents, Betsy Fox of Murphy, Kevin and Mary Roe, Gloria and Wayne Davis, all of Crystal River, Fla.; great-grandfather, Jake Roe of Crystal River. Several aunts, uncles, cousins and many other relatives also survive.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday May 4, from Mountain View Chapel with the Rev. George Cline officiating. The following gentleman served as pallbearers, Michael Fox, Eric Fox, Jacob Fox and Kevin Roe Jr. Interment followed in Owltown Church of God Cemetery.
The family met with friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, at the funeral home.
Mountain View Funeral Home of Blairsville was in charge of the arrangements.
