Bill William Suddereth, 67, of Murphy, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017, in Hayesville.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Cherokee County. Bill was the son of the late Oliver and Margie Lloyd Sudderth.
Bill worked in construction and also at Walmart in Murphy. He enjoyed NASCAR and watching Dale Earnhardt Sr. Bill also enjoyed playing softball, baseball and watching the Green Bay Packers. He loved spending time with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Vanessa Patterson, and one brother, Steve Sudderth.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Janet Suddereth; two sons, Jermale Suddereth and Jonathan Moreland; one daughter, Shannon Suddereth; one sister, Betty Sudderth; 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Murphy. Minister Holland and Minister Carter will officiate.
